Michael Avenatti Denies Allegations Of Domestic Violence – Claims He Wasn’t Charged, But LAPD Says Otherwise

OK, so, on Tuesday, creepy porn attorney Michael Avenatti was arrested in a domestic violence assault on a woman.  On Wednesday evening, after being released from police custody, Avenatti had a short press conference, and by short, I mean very brief and very calculated.  He also tweeted out that he wasn’t charged, but the Los Angeles Police Department says otherwise.

Here’s the statement by Avenatti, courtesy of Fox 10.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

Now, it’s true, Avenatti has not been proven to have done what is alleged against him.  However, as I reported on Wednesday, according to the domestic violence report filed against him, a woman’s “face was ‘swollen and bruised’ with ‘red marks’ on both cheeks.”

It was also reported that he ran into the building where security had taken the woman, who was wearing sunglasses, crying and screaming into her cell phone, “I can’t believe you did this to me.  I’m going to get a restraining order against you.”

He screamed repeatedly after entering the building, “She hit me first.” We’re told he angrily added, “This is bulls***, this is f***ing bulls***.”

OK, if that last portion is an actual true eyewitness account, “she hit me first,” then doesn’t it stand to reason that implies that he hit her “second”?  One would think that.

However, in his statement, he denies the allegations and says that he is looking forward to the investigation, which he believes will exonerate him.

“I have never struck a woman I never will strike a woman,” Avenatti said.

“I have been an advocate for women’s rights my entire career and I’m going to continue to be an advocate,” he added before stating that he would not be intimidated, whatever that means.

Avenatti mentioned his two daughters, and said, “I am a father to two beautiful smart daughters. I would never disrespect them by touching a woman inappropriately or striking a woman.”

Clearly, he was upset at the predicament he was in and that shows up in his sentences there, but I find it curious that he mentions “woman” and “women,” and mentions his daughters, adding that he would “never disrepect them by touching a woman inappropriately or striking a woman.”

I don’t know that he was accused of inappropriate touching. Perhaps, that might be something else looming under the surface. It seems that he inserted his daughters to invoke sympathy.

But it doesn’t seem like he’s going to get any love from the leftist feminists like actress Alyssa Milano, who blasted him on Twitter.

“Totally disgusting. And before anyone asks me, yes, I’m disavowing Avenatti. I do not care what side he’s on,” she tweeted.

On Thursday, he came out and outright lied on Twitter, saying that he was “not charged with anything.”

That’s not what LAPD said Michael.  You’re lying.

So far, it doesn’t look good for Avenatti.  He appears to be a gold digger like porn star Stormy Daniels, but the allegations against him seem to hold a bit of water considering the accounts of witnesses and the domestic violence report.

I just find the irony in all of this incredible.  It’s Democrats and their supporters who are constantly found to engage in this behavior while pointing the finger at their political opponents with false accusations.  Exhibit A would be Justice Brett Kavanaugh.  Remember him, Michael?
