World Health Organization Now Advocating Snatching Family Members Over Coronavirus Hoax

Despite Pres. Donald J. Trump’s scathing remarks about the World Health Organization’s handling of Coronavirus, and hopeful indicators that the economy will be reopened soon, America remains entangled in a complex web of WHO regulations that pledge the United States to “overrule existing legislation or (individual) human rights” during viral outbreaks.

The WHO is now officially advocating snatching “infected” people from their homes, and even more disturbing, U.S. law doesn’t require the government to actually prove they are sick.

Dr. Michael Ryan told the Mar. 30, 2020 WHO briefing:

“Most of the transition that’s actually happening in many countries now, is happening in the household at the family level. In some sense, transmission has been taken off the streets & pushed back into family units.”

“Now, we need to go and look at families to find those people who may be sick and remove them who may be sick and isolate them in a safe and dignified manner.” [Emphasis added.]

Where have we heard this before?

Since America doesn’t really have a rich history of snatching families from their homes, we must use any widely reported event that’s similar to, or closely resembles the WHO scenario, as a frame of reference. We could arguably use Elian Gonzales as our model. Because, that is the last time the U.S. government “removed family members” in a “safe and dignified manner.” (See, picture below.)

Does any American think they would quietly or passively watch this scene happen in their own homes? Decidedly not.

Former Pres. Barack Obama’s unconstitutional expansion of U.S. “quarantine” powers to cover matters totally unrelated to public health is possibly the least-covered, most radical power-grab in American history.

The former president’s radical quarantine rules were first introduced in 2009, but went into effect as recently as 2017, two years into Trump’s first term.

Obama’s changes authorized mandatory quarantines for virtually any reason, including “provisional quarantine” of people not actually infected by any virus and quarantine of people who merely refuse forced vaccinations (as is their constitutional right).

The executive order, titled Revised List of Quarantinable Communicable Diseases, amends executive order 13295 and passed by George W. Bush in April 2003, allows for the, “apprehension, detention, or conditional release of individuals to prevent the introduction, transmission, or spread of suspected communicable diseases.”

The amendment signed by Obama replaces subsection (b) of the original Bush executive order which referred only to SARS. Obama’s amendment allows for the detention of Americans who display,

“Severe acute respiratory syndromes, which are diseases that are associated with fever and signs and symptoms of pneumonia or other respiratory illness, are capable of being transmitted from person to person, and that either are causing, or have the potential to cause, a pandemic, or, upon infection, are highly likely to cause mortality or serious morbidity if not properly controlled.”

Although Ebola was listed on the original executive order signed by Bush, Obama’s amendment empowers federal agencies to forcibly detain Americans who merely show signs of respiratory illness.

“The CDC asserts the legal authority to take such measures under section 361 of the Public Health Service Act … It allows the government to detain individuals whether infected or “reasonably believed” to be infected “for such time and in such manner as may be reasonably necessary,” [Emphasis added] reported Olivier Knox for Yahoo News October 10, 2014.

“CDC has delegated authority to apprehend, detain, examine, and conditionally release individuals with certain communicable diseases (including Ebola) that are specified in an executive order of the president,” the article continues.

During the Ebola crisis, Obama’s Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas arrogantly said he possessed “the authority to take measures with respect to U.S. citizens as well as non-citizens to ensure that the public safety or security is not threatened.”

To illustrate how this was designed for abuse, it’s important to note other suspicious developments surrounding disease outbreaks like Ebola during the Obama years, including, the creation of “Ebola SWAT Teams.” In keeping with Obama’s military makeover of pandemic prevention, the Dept. of Defense was ordered to create a “quick-strike team” to “fight Ebola” within U.S. borders. The team would be under the command Northcom, similar to Obama’s approach with Swine Flu.

As American Thinker then reported

“Remember President Obama’s Executive Order basing 80,000 active troops at home for the first time in the history of the peacetime military establishment to ‘help with civil unrest and crowd control or to deal with potentially horrific scenarios such as massive poisoning and chaos in response to a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or high-yield explosive, or CBRNE, attack … .’

… the military has established regional deployment locations all across the United States to ‘assist civilian authorities in the event of a significant outbreak of the H1N1 virus this fall, according to Defense Department officials.’”

How exactly do guns and home break-ins fight a virus? They don’t, but they do a good job of silencing dissidents. To wit, those promoting alternative cures to Coronavirus are now facing arrest by the FBI. The gub’ment needs a virus that really destroys and tears communities up to justify its police state powers.

And that requires data manipulation. The CDC just issued a new guidance that encourages hospitals to inflate the death toll from Coronavirus:

A new ICD code was established to keep track of Coronavirus deaths. The U07.1 code will be used for death by Coronavirus infection.

However, there’s another secondary code, U07.2, “for clinical or epidemiological diagnosis of COVID-19 where a laboratory confirmation is inconclusive or not available,” [Emphasis added] the CDC guidelines read.

This is a huge problem. “The underlying cause depends upon what and where conditions are reported on the death certificate. However, the rules for coding and selection of the underlying cause of death are expected to result in COVID- 19 being the underlying cause more often than not,” [Emphasis added].

“COVID-19 should be reported on the death certificate for all decedents where the disease caused or is assumed to have caused or contributed to death,” [Emphasis added] CDC guidelines issued March 24 read.

“Certifiers should include as much detail as possible based on their knowledge of the case, medical records, laboratory testing, etc.”

“If the decedent had other chronic conditions such as COPD or asthma that may have also contributed, these conditions can be reported in Part II.”

It’s clear that FEMA, the CDC, and a plurality of federal bureaucrats in charge of America’s emergency response during public health crises are decidedly for forced quarantines, and indefinite detention of citizens under the guise of disease prevention — categorical denials notwithstanding.

By merely allowing “protocol” to dictate federal response to the COVID19 virus, or adopting “the norm,” Trump is retroactively enforcing radical Obama administration “pandemic prevention” policies that allow the CDC, FEMA and other applicable federal authorities to pursue forced quarantine and relocation of potentially millions of Americans.

Tucker Carlson said it best — profundity at its most salient:

“This never happened before. … Instead, the direction we are living under, is this stay-at-home order, except to buy food…… the one place you can go is the supermarket, where everyone else in your neighborhood has been. From an epidemiological standpoint, this is lunacy.”

“If you wanted  to infect an entire population, you’d encourage everyone in a specific zip code to meet regularly at one enclosed location. it doesn’t make sense.” [Emphasis added]
